Q. What carrier do you use to ship your products?
A. We use USPS except for large orders and wholesale orders we use FedEx Ground.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. You may return any item to J.Shane within 10 days from receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Sorry, we do not accept returns on fabric yardage.
Q. What is your current turnaround time?
A. We will ship your item(s) within 2-3 days.
Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. Unfortunately, we do not carry a catalogue at this time. What you see on our web page is everything that we sell at this time. We are continuously adding items to our product line.
Q. What is your privacy policy?
A. Our Secure Server encrypts credit card information across the Internet.
Q. Do I need a Paypal Account to purchase your products?
A. No! You do not have to open an account with Paypal, just provide your credit card number and they will process the transaction with no additional "ties".
