About J.Shane
J.Shane Baby Boutique was founded by Jennifer Shane Casey in 1999, a few years after having her son and leaving her career to stay home with him.
The concept of J.Shane is to provide quality, unique "boutique" items at reasonable prices. We only sell products that have been produced in the USA by seasoned artisans who specialize in their craft. By doing this, we are supporting our country's economy, and our fellow crafting friends. In order to keep our prices down, we add a maximum of 50% to our wholesale costs (where most boutiques double the cost). We also make most of our inventory in-house and sell at wholesale prices!
Our outlook for the future is to provide "green" sustainable and organic items. We recycle all packaging materials, and use recycled materials. We try to keep packaging to a minimum. We are also working on expanding our business and opening a Boutique in the Boston area!
